1. Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ATS-optimized resume. That's why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our Pro and Team subscription plans.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are within the first 7 days of your initial subscription.
- You have not used more than 5 CV optimizations during this period.
- You have not previously received a refund from ATS CV Maker.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at billing@atscvmaker.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We process all eligible refunds within 3-5 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. Subscription Cancellations
Please note that cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
